iOFFICE by Eptura vs. Salesforce Customer Identity

You can book multiple spaces for the day with one log in. IOffice is easy to use / I was trained by reading a few PowerPoint slides and could use it immediately. With Covid protocols in place it was important in be able to book space when needed since many of our offices were closed due to mitigation efforts

Salesforce Identity is well suited and I'm on the street visiting and I have to access a customer's account and I need to access multiple systems at the same time to get a lot of information. When I have to compare information on 2 or more different systems and I need it all connected at the same time.

• It is very good at plotting out office seating.
• We also use it for mail and package logging and notification and tracking.
• It is very useful in creating seating charts and floor plans.

• SFI, allows you to connect and manage all your applications in one easy to use interface.
• It has the ability to use many different authentication standards to fit all the different needs of the applications.
• If the standard isn't supported it has the flexibility to create your own custom solution.

• The thing I would like to see is the ability to add the office or room dimensions and plot out seating such as in conference rooms.
• The version I have requires me to have to contact the company rep to make changes to the configuration in the software.

I was an end user and was not involved in the selection of the systems

One system completes the other. I use Salesforce Identity to enter Salesforce CMS. All my company's client portfolios are in SF CMS. I use the Salesforce Identity and the Salesforce CMS every day, all the time.

• 100% of staff you needed to be in office were required to use iOffice
• Follow up surveys on iOffice use had a 95% positive response by users
• Once pilot was completed, over 350 staff completed training and used iOffice since 2021

• The biggest return is on the auditing and ease of use for the users.
