IONOS Hosting vs. Webgility

I run five websites off of 1&1 for different outshoots of the company. For our web needs it works perfectly. We have a midgrade hosting package and it works perfectly. I know if issues arose from traffic or storage space 1&1 would have a solution for us.

Webgility allows for an accounting based on the real world of our business. We are in control and charge of all of the processes that give dynamic to our businesses. We do not feel near to our business we are near and we can do this with nothing else than the intelligence behind Webgility. Everything is better since we started and we have ourselves still space to put under our reign with the vast amount of methodologies that are implemented at best in Webgility Desktop, Online, and Intelligence. There is positive improvement in the benefits every employee generates with the suites. Cases in which some starts to get in unintended directions can be detected early and corrected with no worse impact. Webgility did not too much enhance our reach to new markets or customers. Our new qualities are getting around but we expect more from the business generating features sets of Webgility. We are still curious about enhancing ourselves and our employees but we already integrated the suites to a significant degree in our processes. We are very satisfied with the POS and markets but there is for us still a lot left out where we are strong and reach our clients and customers.

• Private registration: 1&1 offers free private registration which makes them an automatic favorite.
• Reliable customer service: always someone available when I call in and I have never had my issue not get resolved.
• Easy to use dashboard: domains in one place with DNS settings and other things that can be tweaked. It's easy to add an SSL certificate to domains as well.

• This product has seamlessly helped my company in a form of scrutiny that has minimized human errors to almost zero.
• It ensures an optimal level of accuracy exists when we are in the middle of downloading any sort of customer data.
• The tailored, customizable, and personalized reporting of this platform is another great aspect of it.
• I am satisfied with the usability of this software because it is very easy to use plus it has an intuitive interface that is easy to grasp.
• Customer support of this product is commendable and worth to be praised because they have always been very helpful and supportive in any time of need.

• From my experience, customer services does not know how to address issues in an understandable language
• I feel that they arbitrarily overcharge w/o any explanation
• In my opinion it is really pricey

• Keeping in mind all the good things said about Webgility there is also a need to pinpoint some loopholes that exist in Webgility so that Webgility can further work on those deprivations in order to bring the best to its users.
• I feel that the inventory management system of Webgility is pretty basic compared to the overall level of Webgility.

In over 8 years of operations, we have not had a single outage that affected us.

The email system has not impeded out mail flow in any way, and we do not notice the delays we sometimes see with other systems that include spam/junk mail filtering.

Rackspace I find to be too pricey for the service they offer. Pagely is very much WordPress oriented. I've had downtime with both that I haven't experienced with 1&1.

It is one of the best platforms I have ever used. Webgility has been very helpful in mitigating human errors, which leads to so much time-saving. Webgility connects all the pieces, like a messed-up jigsaw puzzle, and keeps the orders synchronized well in Quickbooks.

The scalability of the email solution far exceeds our needs and would be suitable for organizations not looking for an enterprise sized multipurpose solution (O365, Google Workspace, etc).

• 1&1 host our email and domains adequately. We can easily add and remove emails as needed.
• 1&1 also works with our website platform, Memberclicks.

• There is an on-going monthly fee, but our company finds it is well worth it for both the support we recieve as well as the time saved by not manually entering orders into out accounting software from our online store.
• The biggest ROI is absolutely time saved in entering orders.
