Overall Satisfaction with Webgility

Our business automates e-Sales in a wide range of products and services with the app suite. Webgility offers us with a previously unreached sureness that product and service data are valid and up to date. The app suite features tracking facilities and provides active control to the responsible in charge of change and returns of investments. We agree strongly with the programmers of Webgility that the software suite is intuitive and give a lot of quick and sure comfort that is in need in a changing consumer world. The syncing is powerful and concurrent all the time. It is easy to offer what is in stock and how to get the best shipping available. As promised by Webgility our order volumes increased quite a bit and our returns did vanish almost. These effects did promote our revenues. Our employees now focus on the more profitable services, and the overall climate in our businesses did enhance. Webgility did change a lot and in a very short time in our processes. We think we are a success story for Webgility. We make use of agility in the very best sense of the term in business. We use all of Online, Desktop, and Intelligence.

Webgility is an Omnichannel Retail Suite for businesses offering ease and control. They have a secure concept of several layers of safety for business processes integrated. The stock reporting can be used in real-time or in history, and for planning. There is a versatile interface or integration into API for eCommerce markets and POS that is rich and can be customized with ease. Webgility offers great customer service facilities with plenty of adaptable features. That is a big range of features that can be researched with competitors. We had Multiorders, Zoho Inventory, Quickbook Desktop Enterprise in consideration. We see Multiorders coming closest. They have a great integration in various channels for sale and enable management of all kinds of orders including shipping. There is a comfortable part for the management of inventories too. Then we see Zoho Inventory which is easy to set up and seemingly more usable and comfortable to administrate. In the third position, we compare QuickBooks Online as the closest competitor. This offers similar ease in all processes of accounting. Everything is all in one place and close to real-time. The differences are small. There are different targets for optimization that make the difference.

Webgility allows for an accounting based on the real world of our business. We are in control and charge of all of the processes that give dynamic to our businesses. We do not feel near to our business we are near and we can do this with nothing else than the intelligence behind Webgility. Everything is better since we started and we have ourselves still space to put under our reign with the vast amount of methodologies that are implemented at best in Webgility Desktop, Online, and Intelligence. There is positive improvement in the benefits every employee generates with the suites. Cases in which some starts to get in unintended directions can be detected early and corrected with no worse impact. Webgility did not too much enhance our reach to new markets or customers. Our new qualities are getting around but we expect more from the business generating features sets of Webgility. We are still curious about enhancing ourselves and our employees but we already integrated the suites to a significant degree in our processes. We are very satisfied with the POS and markets but there is for us still a lot left out where we are strong and reach our clients and customers.
