Once implemented Iris Financials is fairly intuitive to use. Our staff report that they can use the system comfortably after only a few hours of training. Depending on any previous systems that you use implementation can be quite lengthy but the migration team we dealt with worked with us and helped us to get the most out of setup experience.

The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me.
