iSmartRecruit vs. Workstream

The cost-effectiveness and flexibility of iSmartRecruit are impressive. It's a strategic investment that yields significant returns in recruitment success, in our opinion. Therefore, we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking top-tier recruitment software.

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code. The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.

• Every system has some room for improvement. But no major issues were found, so it’s completely fine.
• he system comes with many features and is easy to use, but it still requires some form of training to use it to the fullest and get maximum advantages.
• Every staffing agency business has different needs and requirements. iSmartRecruit helps us to do that. Very quick to respond to requests. Sometimes, it may take more time if the requirement is complex.

• It is software very attentive to our needs, which means that when we have a concern or need to solve something, they solve it immediately, they listen to our proposals so that our hiring is fast and without inconvenience.

• It's eliminated the need to hire additional administrative staff. This is the single biggest savings.
• It has saved a lot of time that allows us to spend more of our time and resources responding to clients and candidates. Our clients and candidates feel we are more service-oriented and different than our competition. We've received referrals this way. Difficult to measure - but definitely huge items.
