The platform is easy to use in my daily work. The interface is intuitive, navigation is straightforward, and everything I use regularly is easy to find. I also appreciate being able to customize my workspace with widgets, which helps keep the most relevant information readily available.

It works just as advertised! Not always the case with solutions. Flexible and configurable!

It's cheaper than competitors, easier to use, and includes high-level, fast support.

We selected Vibe HCM about 2 1/2 years ago because they approached communication and the interaction between the employer and the employee so differently. It was a combination of connection and transaction. You have a system that meets the business need and functionality but that connects with your employee in such a fresh non-corporate way. It's not just about automating a process but building an environment that surrounds those daily business transactions that looks and feels how we interact on the web and social media. It totally transforms not only the user experience but the employers as well. It makes us think a little bit more about the touch points we have with our employees and how we want those to look/feel and resonate.
