Overall Satisfaction with Vibe HCM
We currently use VIBE HCM as our company intranet (our site is called Calibrate), which is accessible to all 13,000 employees. Our team can use it to connect with each other and celebrate each other, as well as finding information, resources, guides, etc. It's the central hub for anything you need to do and it helps us keep our team alligned with all company plans, goals and objectives. We currently use the following modules: Pay statements, Ask HR, Engagement,
Communications, WF Communities, Preboarding/Onboarding, Compensation,
Org/Talent Charts, reporting, some elements of ESS and MSS (more on the way in 2015). We are in the process of rolling out Preboarding/Onboarding to all regions (half are complete) and will begin working on additional module development in 2015.

- Amazing support/development teams
- Highly customizable security/permissions set-up so that every employee's experience can be tailored to them (if applicable)
- Any areas of opportunity are discussed and addressed. They are incredibly open to suggestions and have an overall attitude of continuous improvement. No possibility goes unexplored.
- Better communication of company wide initiatives and news
- Streamlined onboarding process (managers spend significantly less time on administrative tasks)
- More connections between employees (wider-spread feeling of community, being a part of something bigger)
- Improved transparency
