JobAdder vs. Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform

I've already answered this question. JobAdder is easy to use, easy to configure, has great support, has a strong product roadmap, good partner integrations...really a top-notch platform.

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

• Job requisition process could be more fleshed out
• Would be good to have different levels of access for different users
• Having multiple workflow and email templates variations can quickly make things cluttered

• The training could be significantly expanded
• Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
• The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is] intuitive to learn and use[.] It would be better if you save searches, had mobile functionality, and had an easier to search the candidates with a NOT feature (not having specific attributes or an empty field)[.]

PCRecruiter was our original choice for a software company to use because of the price and multiple reviews. However, when it comes to accessibility, JobAdder is the clear winner. While it may not be as customizable as some of the other companies out there, it is easy to use amongst the group, can be accessed anywhere, and keeps documents and files organized.

Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

• The ability to post to multiple job boards from one platform, along with automated candidate tracking, has saved recruiters admin time
• Rigid workflows make it difficult to scale or tailor the system
• Slow product updates and minimal evolution in core features over time can lead to stagnation.

• we've seen stong ROI on certain candidate campaigns
• Strong on technically focussed searches where technologies and languages matter
• our passive candidates have more than doubled
