JobScore vs. Zimyo

Companies that have not used an ATS before and instead rely on google docs and spreadsheets often fear moving to HR software out of misplaced concern over change management. Jobscore is built with such elegance that the training and education ramp is slim to none.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• Zimyo has room for integrations.

Jobscore wins on ease of use and therefore speed to value. Training lift is negligible as most users can get up to speed in a self-guided manner

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.

• Better interview process

• Zimyo has resulted in very good ROI.
• Automation of Human Resources Processes.
• We were able to recover the invested amount in 6 months only.
