• AI search across all contracts
• Storing different types of contracts in separate workspaces, with different permissions on each workspace
• Reminding contract owners when to start discussions on renewals
• Basic reporting and lists of certain types of contracts for extraction

• Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
• Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
• Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.

• I would like to see more in-depth reporting, ability to create graphs etc.
• Scrolling through lists of contracts could be quicker

• Ability to have concurrent budgets open for different years.
• Inventory capability.
• Switch items on a requisition to a catalog item before cutting the PO.

It's quite intuitive and easy to use and has a nice UI. Its features offer value for users

The AI features seemed better on Juro

We did our evaluation more than five years ago so I don't remember the names. Procurify was the only one (at the time) that met all of our needs. Procurify service and support is fantastic. No doubt we made the right choice.

• Reduced time spent on new contract checks from 1 hour to 5 minutes
• Reduced time taken to answer generic questions from the business about our contractual landscape

• We saved time and got things approved quicker by using Procurify for invoice approvals.
• Time was saved and expenses were reimbursed quicker.
