Kallidus Learn vs. PageUp

It is great for just about any organization that does onboarding and training as it saves time and assists in keeping your team on track while bringing on new people. It helps to streamline a typically very difficult process for smaller teams. It has helped us immensely.

I think it can be very helpful and generate great ROI if you are a big company with a lot of recruitment processes running. It provides a centralized management view and a lot of resources/features. It can be too much and become hard to manage if you have spot and urgent demands, since it takes time to start getting results from the system, considering its learning curve.

• Allows targeted training by staff group, role or location - simplifying access to specific training
• Web based and supported on various devices -allowing access via any web enabled device
• Entirely customisable - Easy to make the system look the way we need to ensure corporate image

• It has the ability to be easy to use and has multiple components that make it easy to quickly find employees.
• I really enjoy using PageUp because once you're trained in it, it's very easy to use.
• It's especially strong in being able to organize manage positions and you're able to put as much information as you need on the job descriptions.

• Simpler hosting of e-learning - scorm objects can be slow AICC seems to be the best solution
• Options to link / interface with other workforce systems
• Greater flexibility of learning pathways

• At first reporting and analytics were a bit confusing, but then we got used to it.
• It would be great to have tools to make easier the deployment of simple and quick recruitment process, reducing the learning curve to use the product.
• A version in Portuguese would make everything easier for us.

Staff satisfaction and ease of use

This is the only product I have used and it is great. I have not explored other options and we have not had the need to so far.

• Significantly increased compliance of mandatory training
• supported more staff to choose elearning over face to face options, increasing efficiency
• Automated many of the admin processes that underpin training

• Positive: centralized and more efficient management process
• Positive: cost saving when compared to other traditional recruitment processes
• Negative: learning curve and time to deploy, especially if users are not very experienced with recruitment processes
