Comparison of PDF Editors features of KDAN PDF and OrbitNote
One of the things that I have noticed the most is that it saves a lot of time when working with documents of different formats that need to be converted to PDF. Scanning documents is also one of the best features of this app. Being able to have the history of modifications, and changes in the documents is very important for any sector, as well as the signing of documents online. The issue of authentication every time you need to use it can sometimes cause inconvenience, but then you forget when you have a robust and comfortable tool to work with. I do not recommend this application if the company has different versions of operating systems. It is not the most recommended application.

I usually recommend OrbitNote for students who have more difficulty with penmanship. I do find that there are a lot of other apps that can cover needed features such as screen reading on a PDF. So usually, I only suggest OrbitNote if A student has difficulty with handwriting.

First of all, I really like how the synchronization feature works - it's very convenient to switch between devices (one more advantage of the app - it has a nice mobile version) and still have all the documents right there in the, synced and ready to go.
Besides, the software provides users not only with annotating features that allow you to highlight and add information, but also allows you to sign documents on the go, without having a necessity to print them, so you don't actually even need an e-signature app.
Another thing I like is how easy it is to use right away, at least the majority of the tools, anyway.

Well, there are a few downsides, I guess, but not very significant ones. Firstly, because of the large amount of features the interface doesn't look as simple as I wish it did - it's a bit overcrowded.
Secondly, because of the first issue that I've mentioned, adjusting to the software takes longer than it could if the interface was simpler. For me personally, it wasn't a big issue, but for those who don't get accustomed to unfamiliar tools easily it could be a problem.
Finally, there is one more problem that is actually not significant at all, but when you want to load a document from the Cloud or open the task manager, the app will open a new window for those tools every time - it can be a bit confusing because of so many windows being opened at once.

I gave this reading because I do wish that teachers and staff would take a little bit more time to learn about OrbitNote and its features as well as integrated into the classroom. I think that often all of these different computer programs all working in isolation from one another can be overwhelming for teachers and staff to learn

I like how read&write integrates with OrbitNote making it where students do not have to learn multiple tools depending on what they are doing on the computer.
