Kixie vs. Ringover Business Phone System

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

The Rover Business Phone System features are very responsive and powerful to provide the best and most accurate communication across teams and its Audio quality is excellent. Finding the call records is easy and management of different conversations is excellent and effective analytics are quickly created through Ringover Business Phone System capabilities and I have to mention its reporting ability is on top.

• Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
• The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
• The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

• User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.
• Integration with more CRMs like Agencyzoom
• An email automation option similar to text messages.

• When new to the product, managing multiple call records is tricky.
• The ability to convert all files formats can be advanced.

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

• Kixie's dialer allows us to dial directly from our CRM
• The voicemail drop feature saves time and allows our BDRs to move on to the next call right away
• The automatic log calling saves even more time instead of having to log the call manually

• Rover Business Phone System is a great new effective project communication and perfect call records keeping solution.
• It's a very intuitive platform to provide predictive analytics and extremely excellent customer management products.
• The effective file conversation and its data integration capability are good, and reliable for project collaboration.
