Overall Satisfaction with Kixie

We tested Kixie as an integrated dialer for our CRM. One of the issues we had with our previous dialer was its lack of ability to do voicemail drops, which ate up precious time, as we had to do voicemails manually and repeatedly for all call. Kixie solved that problem with its voice mail drop feature.

Pros

  • Kixie integrated well with our HubSpot CRM
  • Kixie provided call logs and call recordings for each call
  • Kixie customer support is very good and very responsive

Cons

  • The voicemail drops need instructions and reminders on when to click on the mail drop
  • The call review AI (transcription) is not too accurate
  • Kixie's dialer allows us to dial directly from our CRM
  • The voicemail drop feature saves time and allows our BDRs to move on to the next call right away
  • The automatic log calling saves even more time instead of having to log the call manually
As lightweight as it is, Kixie is very versatile as a dialer. It is very easy to use, even beginners would be able to easily navigate through the buttons. Kixie's ability to seamlessly integrate with CRMs makes it a go-to application for a broad range of users. Sales and marketing teams will greatly benefit from how easy, useful and customizable Kixie is.
Kixie is easier to navigate versus Aircall and Zoominfo. Kixie has clearer audio versus Aircall and Zoominfo. Zoominfo's dialer only dials numbers on their database, and does not allow you to manually dial numbers, unlike Kixie. Also, Zoominfo's voicemails can only be recorded on their app, rather than the ability to upload mp3 files.

Kixie integrated well with our HubSpot CRM. It was easy to make calls with just a click or two of the mouse. The automatic call logs and call recordings were great features that allowed us to review our calls without having to duplicate tasks, unlike other dialers. Kixie's call reviewer still needs a bit of work though, as the AI isn't very accurate.
