Overall Satisfaction with Kixie

We use Kixie to support our sales team and our operations team. Kixie is our main phone system, that we utilize the IVR to direct to Sales, Marketing or Operations. Using a CRM integration with Pipedrive, we are able to monitor and log our calls, texts, and activities within our CRM.

In our experience, it is impossible to search for a text, and there are a lot of issues with it as a texting/sms/calling product. It needs to be restarted a lot and often has technical issues
Good for the price and Pipedrive integration. In my opinion, less relaible than others

If a company uses Pipedrive I will let them know the integration is good. I often have employees saying their phone isnt ringing when calls are coming in, and we are constantly needing to reset the application. It is not great for us, and we are constantly not heard by customers on our end.
