Klient PSA vs. Unanet ERP GovCon

It is well-suited to looking at what is on each team member's plan for deciding how to assign people to future projects, or how to re-assign tasks when the need arises. It is less well-suited for showing each team member what is on their plate for the day or week, or for checking off tasks as completed in a list (i.e. as is done with Monday or Asana)

Unanet is a great system and has really helped our managers gain more insight to their projects. We have faster timesheet completion rates which leads to faster billing. We have been very happy with the system but there are some trial and error scenarios where it takes us some time to actually get the data needed or use the system the way we need it to be utilized. Thankfully they do have a great support staff that assists with issues as they arise.

• The time keeping component works well. It gives a level of confidentiality we did not have in our previous home grown system.
• We are able to set up projects based on a number of criteria, allowing us to differentiate for reporting purposes.
• We can easily import billing information into our Financial system from Unanet, when previously we would manually enter this information.

• Would like to be able to modify save and share some of the canned reports.

As I mentioned previously, it has a lot of functionality but almost because of this, it takes awhile for people to learn 1) what functions exist and 2) how to access & use them

We were used to Deltek's Costpoint from the prior company and Unanet is far easier to use for users, accounting personnel, project managers, and corporate managers. Continuous enhancements lead us to believe that Unanet will be even better in meeting our needs.
