Read full review I think for mainstream ecommerce, the sites are super quick to spin up, easy to use, and fit the bill for most asks. The challenge can be when you need something more customized. I think they have the ability to basically do anything you need but they don't necessarily have the bandwidth to get it all done when you need it.

If we are in need of customer service, the staff is knowledgeable about everything since the functions are native functions.
