Overall Satisfaction with Kochava

Kochava is mostly being used by the marketing team to check the orders and users' attribution across various marketing channels. This tool helps with tracking and attribution of various marketing channels, helping a marketer understand the ROI. It tracks Facebook, Google and other major channels and also shows some basic analytics on top of this data.
  • Tracking of clicks, views, add to cart, order etc. Across various marketing channels.
  • Attribution of channels basis last click, first click etc.
  • Analytics, Insights, user CAC and LTV etc.
  • The dashboard is still basic as compared to other competition, can be improved.
  • It's a bit complex to setup and manage and needs dedicated tech team bandwidth.
  • Rest all is good.
  • It's helped increase user LTV through selection of right marketing channels.
  • It's helped decrease CAC through attribution tracking.
  • It has taken a lot.of tech bandwidth for integration.
Kochava is good from pricing point of view when you scale up. Both are equal in terms of core features and attribution. However, UI wise AppsFlyer is better.
They have been a bit slow in responding, that's the only reason for the low rating. Otherwise, they are smart and helpful.
