It is useful for a variety of tasks, including app monitoring, push notification app analysis, consent management, and deferred deep linking, to name a few. It also offers a complete SDK for a general application, as well as several application areas including retention, user acquisition, and analytics/BI. It allows us to analyze advertising, clicks, installs, audience engagement, and most importantly, leads. The platform provides real-time relevant data for Android and iOS and can be integrated into mobile apps via an SDK.
  • It is a very comprehensive attribution tracking solution that can monitor both mobile apps and web versions, includes an organized dashboard that provides us with important data.
  • Team members had a hard time getting started with this tool, setup was a bit challenging at first, but customer support has been excellent.
Beneficial for creating a quarterly report of top-quality campaign data sources for the company's marketing department, integrated with networks and publications. It is a marketing solution that is being used to manage and analyze data from mobile application campaigns. You're also helping employees accomplish difficult tasks while keeping company data protected.

We can use Kochava to handle app monitoring, push notification app analytics, consent management, and deferred deep linking, among other things. Kochava provides us with a comprehensive SDK for a global application and various application sectors such as retention, user acquisition, and analytics/BI. Kochava provides the ability to research advertising, clicks, installs, audience engagement, and most importantly, leads. The platform offers extremely useful real-time statistics for Android and iOS, and can be incorporated into mobile applications via SDK.
  • Kochava is a full attribution tracking system that includes the ability to track mobile apps and browser versions. It has a well-organized dashboard that provides us with useful information.
  • Getting started with Kochava was not easy for the team members, and setup was a bit difficult at first, but customer support has always been available.

We use Kochava to track attribution of our traffic and activity, as well as to execute optimizations in real time
  • Tracks attributed installs and events
  • Customer service is not bad
  • Hard to pull reporting
  • often tracking issues, and advertisers seem to have a hard time integrating
  • lack of visibility on many events, and poor fraud detection
We prefer other attribution platforms other than Kochava, since Kochava has poor visibility, it is not user friendly and does not provide detailed reports
Kochava has good support via email, however their platform is not supportive and not user friendly. Constantly starting tickets is time consuming and ineffective.

Kochava is mostly being used by the marketing team to check the orders and users' attribution across various marketing channels. This tool helps with tracking and attribution of various marketing channels, helping a marketer understand the ROI. It tracks Facebook, Google and other major channels and also shows some basic analytics on top of this data.
  • Tracking of clicks, views, add to cart, order etc. Across various marketing channels.
  • Attribution of channels basis last click, first click etc.
  • Analytics, Insights, user CAC and LTV etc.
  • The dashboard is still basic as compared to other competition, can be improved.
  • It's a bit complex to setup and manage and needs dedicated tech team bandwidth.
  • Rest all is good.
It's well suited if you are confused about your marketing spending and efficiency, or if you wish to scale up digital marketing spends etc. It's not suited if you aren't doing any marketing spends on paid channels.
They have been a bit slow in responding, that's the only reason for the low rating. Otherwise, they are smart and helpful.
