Kochava - the Good, the Bad and the Ugly
We use Kochava to track attribution of our traffic and activity, as well as to execute optimizations in real time
- Tracks attributed installs and events
- Customer service is not bad
- Hard to pull reporting
- often tracking issues, and advertisers seem to have a hard time integrating
- lack of visibility on many events, and poor fraud detection

Great product for link tracking and attribution
Kochava is mostly being used by the marketing team to check the orders and users' attribution across various marketing channels. This tool helps with tracking and attribution of various marketing channels, helping a marketer understand the ROI. It tracks Facebook, Google and other major channels and also shows some basic analytics on top of this data.
- Tracking of clicks, views, add to cart, order etc. Across various marketing channels.
- Attribution of channels basis last click, first click etc.
- Analytics, Insights, user CAC and LTV etc.
- The dashboard is still basic as compared to other competition, can be improved.
- It's a bit complex to setup and manage and needs dedicated tech team bandwidth.
- Rest all is good.
