Lanteria HR vs. Workstream

Lanteria HR is great for an HR department that's trying to get away from managing multiple spreadsheets or archaic systems. It allows you to store all your data in-house so it's not stored on some cloud server/service. Reporting and workflow setups are great and since it uses SharePoint, Active Directory integration works great as well.

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code. The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.

• End to end HRMS features that eases the workload at HR departments.
• Smoothly integrates with Microsoft Office and SharePoint intranets.
• Enables HR departments strenghts.
• Includes a Learning (LMS) platform.

• Video interviews works really well in the current pandemic circumstances.
• Google calendar is linked with zoom and makes scheduling easy.
• Mobile training helps with videos and quizzes.

• As much as I like the reporting, it could be a little more flexible. Can't add interview notes to reporting.
• Built on SharePoint, so any functionality limitations of SharePoint are going to be there.
• Support is great, but at times language barrier can be a little challenging.
• Had a bad experience with the US Sales team here. Wasn't responsive but finally got someone from another region to help us.

• It is software very attentive to our needs, which means that when we have a concern or need to solve something, they solve it immediately, they listen to our proposals so that our hiring is fast and without inconvenience.

Workstream is hands down easier to navigate and create and post positions versus ClearCompany and iCIMS
