LeanData vs. Zen Planner

It is best because it works like a native Salesforce application. It is not a campaign tool or a reporting tool. Routing match and reporting match are not the same thing. If you put every campaign exception on the graph instead of in a table, the graph diagram gets too big to maintain.

I have used Zen Planner at 3 different Jujitsu schools. Every school that has used it, has had great success in keeping their attendance records straight for their students. This is great when promotions are coming up, or special seminars that need to reach everyone. I don't know that Zen Planner is a great product for places that don't need to communicate with their clients on a regular basis.

• LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
• LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
• Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.

• Easy to use interface
• Payment processing is easy for classes or for a small retail shop.
• The free integrated mobile website is great for everyone to check out the calendar and even sign and pay from within it.
• I can also send emails right from the platform when I need to connect with a student.

• When uploading leads from a tradeshow, if you have multiple leads from the same company, LeanData will create multiple opportunities. We created a work-around to add a delay to the second individual from each company so that LeanData would not create the duplicate opportuntity, but the ability to do that out of the box would be nice.
• We have a complex salesforce instance with complicated hierarchies. Sometimes LeanData will match to the incorrect account. We would like it to match to the headquarters.

• The only thing I would like to see, is the ability to see my entire attendance from the app. I can view it on the desktop though.

It has. a really specific use case, but it has delivered all that it has promised. There has been no missing piece of the puzzle in the way we are actually using our tool; everything that was promised is in there, and we have been able to use it swimmingly.

Fantastic customer success team that ensures deployment starts off on the right foot. There is room for improvement on the side of straategic planning and business consulting services offered by LeanData. I recommend working with an experienced consultant or third party who has implemented the product before.

I selected LeanData as it's more scalable, very user-friendly, easy to work on and be integrated with existing SFDC workflows. I really find it more visually appealing compared to Traction Complete as it's, for me, complicated, cumbersome, has a learning curve with it

• It's allowed me more time to dig into other larger projects.
• It helps me avoid spending too much time on manual tasks like list analysis and lead routing.
• It provides audit logs so I don't waste time digging to find the source of an error.

• Saves me time in using a paper attendance record sheet.
• Payments are automated, no need to request checks or payments from anyone. Emails are sent out if a payment fails.
• I can keep track of 10, 20, 30, or even 50 students using this platform.
