Likelihood to Recommend I like this product since it has been the best locater of excellent performing members from each department. It scales down all KPIs providing the guidelines to all employees on how they can improve performance and increase production in their roles. Revenue collected from sales is budgeted as per department production to motivate the best performing department. It is easy to customize templates from this platform to suit sales demands and promote marketing.

Licensing: we accessed qstream via Growthplay so only had access to limited features. Would like to see this extended so that we could truly experience all of the qstream benefits. Content Creation: we were not able to create our own questions and streams but had to rely on the external team. Self-creation and self-directed streams would have been preferable. However we are looking for a platform that supports content creation, ILT training as well as gamification. Qstream would meet only one of those criteria. We may still use them again if we are unable to find a compete platform in future

Read full review Support Rating Support is amazing! You are going to be well taken care of! Our CSM would always do monthly calls with us(not a lot of Customer success teams do that). Educating on new features, training new team members, re-training existing team members, suggesting strategies to utilize tool 100% Their response time was always super quick!

It has all the lead tools that have marketed our products and services from various platforms. Data collected from departments is used to build networking channels that attract customers. Results have improved due to increased production and employee satisfaction. LevelEleven has promoted positive competition in both internal operations and the external environment.

Read full review Return on Investment The business value has come from productivity from our ADR's. Being able to track metrics and gamify has led to a higher number of conversations and meetings set. We tried using the coaching aspect of the tool for performance reviews and it was more buggy than expected. It wasted time rather than getting the information from our reps to managers. Read full review Reps have adopted our new sales methodology quicker and with more rigour meaning we are more successful in the field. We’ve been able to create scale to drive adoption. Without technologies like Qstream, we would never be able to meet our enablement and growth targets. More reps talking a consistent message means our customer experience has improved at the sales front. This allows us to differentiate versus the competition and ensures we win more often.
