    Litify stores everything for our firm, and that is very helpful. Even if a case closed earlier than 2023, we're able to access the file and see everything stored. It promotes organization for valuable case information and provides a platform to see everything in one place, separated as needed. I haven't experienced any instances where it was inappropriate

    ease of use is a plus but client secure portal alerts need to be made more clearly so that communication flows both ways without delay

    we actually switched to Clio for better document management and overall billing and accounting features which have worked out very well
