Looop vs. WorkRamp

Looop is very well suited for enterprise-type organizations where there is a diverse set of employees, teams, departments, sub-departments, and lines of business with multiple locations operating in various states and even countries. Looop is affordable when you drill down to cost per user and integrates well with various applications.

WorkRamp is well suited for Employee Onboarding, Continuous Training, and Ad Hoc training assignments. We specifically use it to roll out training on new products that roll out so that we don't tie up hours of people's time to meet in person and roll it out in a live setting

• Analytics on training journey of individuals, how many opted, how much attrition, engagement level, etc.
• Detailed automated survey on test taking, course, quality aspects

WorkRamp has allowed us to keep employees up to date on the most recent trainings so that the entire workforce is working on the same information. It has also allowed us to roll out that training on an ad hoc basis vs gathering everyone together for live training, which can be delayed with calendar conflicts

Looop is much better when it comes on ease of use for users as well as for administrators. So if you company does not have a full-fledged Learning and Developement team, then any HR Generalist can double up as admin with a few click of buttons for the entire company and set up certain metrics and goals and get the employee journey started.

WorkRamp has better user experience and user interface.
