Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform vs. Skeeled

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

• Skeeled allows a diverse analysis of applicants.
• The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
• The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

• The training could be significantly expanded
• Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
• The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

• The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.

Very good

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is] intuitive to learn and use[.] It would be better if you save searches, had mobile functionality, and had an easier to search the candidates with a NOT feature (not having specific attributes or an empty field)[.]

The support team is very reactive and competent. Being a young company, Skeeled also takes customer wishes into consideration for further developments.

Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.
