MaestroQA vs. Pepipost (discontinued)

Maestro is very useful if you're trying to integrate your Quality Assurance process as grabbing a few flags from a big set of resolved flags, and directly back to your customer service or trust and safety reps, it's less useful if you're trying to assess a big number of flags, as the process of reviewing them is a little bit slow as you need to check some boxes and provide a comment

If you want to ensure you have good oversight of sent emails and if you want to ensure your email reputation is only affected by mails you send (i.e. not using an SMTP IP shared with others) then Pepipost is the way to go. Their cost is also super attractive compared to the other players in the market.

• Great in email deliveribility
• Sends mails to all mail providers with no issues
• There is negligible downtime

• Possibly adding the ability to view the content of sent emails like Mandrill does.

It's easy to use, easy to access, and everything, but some action buttons don't have too much contrast and it's hard to find them between a bigger set of possible actions in the screen, for example the edit score button seems hidden in the screen, it should be more visible.

NICE CXone has a great QMS - Quality Management System, but it comes at a much higher cost than MaestroQA

• Less time spent trying to determine why clients never got our emails.
• Better deliverability rate directly improved customer experience in terms of support received.
• Webhooks allowed us to notify users of only the important deliverability issues.
