I don't think it's well-suited for anyone. In my opinion, the low cost is not worth the extremely poor deliverability.

I picked Mail250 because they seem designed for sending 1-time bulk mail for an affordable price.
Open rates for MailerLite, GetResponse,
ConvertKit, and SendPulse were all over 50%. Sender.net was extremely low at under 10%. Mail250 was around 10%, but also had an extremely high bounce rate of 10%.

Its deliverability makes it more effective than other email marketing tools. It gives more than satisfactory results. And that shows in my organization's sales revenue.
