The free Starter plan includes up to 3,000 emails in total, bring-your-own SMTP, MailBluster branding, campaign creation, lead management, segmentation, email tracking, and forms, with no credit card required. Pro is $5 per month billed yearly ($60 per year), with unlimited sending over the customer’s SMTP at $0.60 per 1,000 emails, no MailBluster branding, and access to automation, custom fields, Pro templates, lead and report exports, sender management, double opt-in emails, ecommerce support, API keys, a Developer API, and a WordPress plugin. Executive is $10 per month billed yearly ($120 per year) with the same sending rate and branding terms as Pro, plus dedicated 1-to-1 setup and support, 3 years of data retention, unlimited automation workflows, and a 5% yearly reward on email sending. Managed SMTP starts at $15.30 per month billed yearly for 10,000 emails per month (regular price $17 per month), with unlimited leads, SMTP fully managed by MailBluster, no MailBluster branding, SMTP costs included so a separate SMTP provider is not required, a dedicated account manager, IP blacklist monitoring, advanced automation, custom fields, Pro templates, lead and report exports, sender reputation management, and priority support; higher-volume plans are available. A 14-day Managed SMTP free trial allows up to 100 emails per day and does not require a credit card.

The Essentials plan contains Mailjet’s core feature. Premium includes advanced features to leverage email strategy. A discount is available for annual billing.

Likelihood to Recommend	MailBluster No answers on this topic	Sinch I raised a ticket. It’s been four days and they won’t reply. So I raised another ticket asking why they are not replying. The issue was quite urgent. Then in a very short time, I saw the ticket was closed. So they have time to close my ticket, but they don’t have time or they don’t want to reply to a ticket. Very interesting. Their attitude of doing nothing is the worst and the rudest I’ve ever seen in my years of working with several email service companies. And I see that they blame this on the pandemic. But many other good companies, they are not doing this. Your problem is your problem, don’t try to blame someone else. Cons	MailBluster No answers on this topic	Sinch Customer service is not excellent. My email list's integrity was in question. They repeatedly turned off our service questioning my results. Alternatives Considered	MailBluster No answers on this topic	Sinch Mailjet was much easier to set up, and much more affordable for us than other solutions we evaluated, such as SendGrid. SendGrid may be better suited for organizations with larger volumes or more technical staff, but for us, Mailjet was a superior solution at this time. Return on Investment	MailBluster No answers on this topic	Sinch Changing from active campaign to Mailjet decreased our mail spend by more than 50% in savings. Been able to send so many emails for different campaigns increases our retention with active users who became engaged users. In our case, it is important to be in constant communication with customers. Mailjet needs to be complemented with other tools, such as Zapier, in order to create better implementations.
