Overall Satisfaction with Mailjet
We use their service for newsletter sending. Our aim is to send emails and convert more customers. We send them like several thousands emails per month.
Pros
- Relatively cheap price.
- Intuitive dashboard.
- Clear working process.
Cons
- No support.
- Not reading tickets.
- Poor attitude.
- Poor documentation.
- Since they don't reply my tickets about technical issues, I can't process to send emails, and it has negative impact to our business.
- Sendinblue and Mailchimp
At first I thought Mailjet is cheap in price. But finally, the lacking of support makes it worth not a penny.
