Overall Satisfaction with Mailjet
We currently use Mailjet to send out Marketing Emails to our client base. We also use it to send out our Weekly Newsletters. It assists us in staying top of mind with our client base. It is being used across our entire organization.
- Mailjet is good at "links", it's really easy to link your content and photos to outside links.
- Mailjet is good at getting emails out in a timely fashion.
- Mailjet is really cost-effective compared to their competitors for what all you get.
- Mailjet Client Email Management leaves A LOT to be desired. It's never easy to add people to the email list.
- Mailjet gets "glitchy" from time to time. Random stuff just stops working. Like last week, I couldn't copy and paste information. This week it works fine.
- The "sign up" app also needs improvement.
- Overall, every week I send out a Motivational Monday Email. And all my clients talk about how much they love it. It's easy to read and flows nicely. (This is due to Mailjet template capabilities, this is one of their BEST features.) I definitely get orders because of this email on a weekly basis.
I have used Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and a few others. To be honest, I prefer the Mailchimp platform, BUT where Mailjet outdoes all of the competition is in the quantity of emails sent. They deliver where others don't, including with the ease of reviewing their "Reports". I also like how you can "segment" your audiences in Mailjet. If you are a "growing company" Mailjet grows "with" you. With the other platforms I have used, you will more than likely outgrow them.
