Mailshake vs. Ninja Outreach

Mailshake is great for cold prospecting and drip email campaigns. I do not think Mailshake is well-suited for hyper-personalized one-to-one emailing.

If your organization is well-developed and you really cannot do everything manually, Ninja Outreach comes to save the day and gives you high-quality records you can use for your campaigns. I would say it is a must-have for blogger outreach on a bigger scale. It also helps with link building and roundup posting.

• It has an email editor which is easy to use.
• Email sequences are comprehensive in their functionality--all the options you would expect from a cold emailing solution
• Campaign and List management are also good

• It easily finds relevant sites and contact information, helping cut down on the time you spend looking for that information.
• You can segment the contacts into lists very easily, this allows you to stay organized.
• You can easily export the information via CSV, which is great, so your information doesn't stay siloed.

• Mailshake works only with Gmail/G Suite accounts.
• The only option for customizing emails is in the CSV file. It would be great if there were a feature in the tool for this.
• Missing starts about the total number of opens of an email (it is only tracked once).

I found it pretty good - we were able to put email templates and campaigns together almost immediately. The reason I gave it an 8 is because if you want to edit those templates, the saving and making sure they were part of the campaigns was a little tricky and not intuitive.

Mailshake support is outstanding, and they provide an excellent knowledge base for its users. If you have any issues, they respond ASAP without delay.

For more advanced email campaigns, I use ActiveCampaign and the email sending provider because it gives more control and options related to the drip rules. Besides that, for simple campaigns that need to be followed up in a great, quick, and simple way, Mailshake is perfect from my point of view.

• There's been no negative ROI. The major positive ROI is the time I've gotten back not having to spend a lot of time searching for the right prospects.
