Mexty vs. Woobox

I have tested Mexty to fulfill a concrete need of e-learning, Katacana (44 symbols for words imported from other languages, mainly English). I did a first test with the 2 first lines (so 10 katacana) with 20 play cards. The game was generated almost instantly (no time to go to kitchen to fetch a coffee)! Once done, I improved the game with more katacana added. Same, the game was updated quickly, making the game update an easier task, even for beginners.

I use Woobox for a poll/voting competition and I found it very helpful as it gathers the audience data very efficiently and provides the results in a very smart way. Woobox provides very limited features in the free version one cannot judge the capabilities of this excellent platform unless they purchase it.

• Woobox makes it easy to create a variety of promotions in their platform.
• The technology is intuitive to use and allows for a lot of customization.
• Woobox has a support team that is quick to respond and help.

• Having an easier way to creative pictures for splash pages
• It gets a little complicated trying to add extra entry questions

I constantly use the product and they are continually evolving and developing new tools. The customer service is also US based and very efficient to address issues or questions.

My personal experiment on Mexty, shared with members of my team and friends, has allowed them to try and create their own e-learning modules as well, saving time, cost while having great fun creating the game and using the game!

It is very intuitive and provides all necessary fields to begin promotions even if you have no graphic or programming skills

I have never noticed it down.

It is very fast. The only thing that has taking any sort of time is when it imports photos or videos from platforms such as Instagram or Twitter. But this is more due to refresh rates than the actual program.

They have always answered the phone in person and been able to answer question or resolve issues same day. Not open 24 hrs.

Easy to integrate with existing Facebook account.

To be honest, I prefer Rafflecopter over Woobox. Good product, but I feel like Rafflecopter has more to offer the user.

• ROI was great. People remembered our company and products after the contests. This of course has to do with how much money you spent promoting, but I think Woobox made it a simpler process for people to enter a contest.
