Overall Satisfaction with Woobox

We use Woobox throughout our entire organization. We utilize it in all of our markets as well as at a corporate level. Woobox allows our company to create a variety of promotions for our ad clients (sweepstakes, quizzes, lead gen forms etc...) Our editorial and content teams also use Woobox to drive web engagement. We are able to use Woobox to build email databases and provide lists of leads for ad clients for those who opt in. We are also able to run promotions like polls to gauge the opinions of our audiences.

  • The technology is intuitive to use and allows for a lot of customization.
  • Woobox has a support team that is quick to respond and help.
  • Woobox doesn't offer as many examples and templates that competitors do.
  • Woobox could do better about sharing updates and ideas for Woobox users.
  • There can occasionally be glitches within the Woobox platform when you save a campaign.
  • Woobox has decreased our costs significantly since we migrated to their platform so that has boosted our profitability
  • There were some features such as pre-canned contests, bracket challenges and national sweepstakes that were available with our previous partner that Woobox doesn't offer. We have had some former clients that had to shift budgets because we could no longer run certain campaign types.
  • Using Woobox has allowed us to better structure our ad pricing for clients which has helped with our ROI.
  • Our editorial teams have been able to incorporate promotions into their normal content campaigns to help drive engagement.
We previously used Second Street for our promotions needs. Unfortunately we needed to cut costs and we weren't generating enough revenue to make the partnership work for us.

Second Street was great to work with as we had a dedicated account manager who helped with sales and editorial training. Our account manager also sent examples and exciting ideas for us to share with our sales teams to help drive sales.

Second Street also had a database of sweepstakes and quizzes that were already set up which helped with idea generation as well as campaign execution.

At the end of the day, we needed to cut costs and Woobox was a more affordable option for our company. Woobox was very helpful in our transition and getting everything set up to accommodate our various business units. Woobox is a trusted platform among many companies for contests and promotions and could meet our immediate needs.
Woobox is a great promotion product to use, especially if you are looking to cut costs. Woobox offers affordable options for those looking to run contests and sweepstakes. Our company is on an enterprise plan so we had to invest a few months to figure out a model that would work for us. Woobox was helpful in our transition to their platform. Woobox offers robust reporting as well which is important for all aspects of our business.
