Likelihood to Recommend Glint is a really user friendly and visually appealing platform for survey recipients. They also have a great support team, who are helpful in answering our questions. Areas where Glint can improve is more on the admin side. If you only need to run your surveys a few times a year (which is what we do with our 360 & employee engagement surveys), it’s not going to be bad at all. For our exit interview process, we run them for every leaver and are running into difficulties with how to streamline how to upload the data in an efficient and non-time consuming way. I also think data reporting can be better & more user friendly.
Read full review Slido is great to use for live meetings, whether in person or via video conference; we mostly use this for Zoom meetings. You can use the different features at different times in your meeting: I love to start our All Hands meetings with a word cloud or a poll of some kind, and as people are joining via zoom it gets people feeling excited and connected even before we've started. It also gives us something fun to talk about while we're waiting for everyone to arrive and for the meeting to start. You can do a poll halfway through to keep people engaged, and then a poll at the end to see how you did, or maybe use the Q&A to see what questions come up without having the awkward zoom silence when you ask if anyone has any questions. I don't think this is helpful in smaller meetings, where people likely feel more comfortable interacting directly and asking questions verbally.
Read full review Pros Great way to create and send surveys. Easy to fill out when expecting 100s of responses. Effective at collating response for management teams to review. Ability to complete on mobile devices. Read full review Its integration with various Webex apps like Webex Meetings and Webex Webinars and leading softwares like Zoom and Google Slides Its simple user interface and eye-catching graphics The detailed analytics it provides of the polls and surveys conducted and the ability of exporting them The ability of integrating live video into Slido so participants dont have to switch tabs Participants can ask questions anonymously or with their names without having to unmute themselves and disturbing the flow of the meeting Read full review Cons The commenting process could be improved--sometimes a survey will skip ahead when you aren't ready to proceed Read full review Pricing Model - free version is quite limited and the package prices can be more attractive for SME companies User Interface Complexity - the UX in the backend is good, but sometimes I am confused to find a specific function Real time translation would be great in terms of accessibility Read full review Usability INCREDIBLY easy for the end-user. The only questions we had were around confidentiality/anonymity. We tried to further address these with other surveys by calling out and explaining how Glint worked. As an admin, it is also quite simple and easy to find answers when you don't have them.
Read full review Slido has one of the most intuitive Dashboards I've ever seen. It's easy to use and easy to manage. I've extensively used Polls and Quizzes and it works like a charm, every time.
Read full review Support Rating The technical support has been on point from implementation through to when we were running on our own with our surveys. It's great to have People Science support but we did find that oftentimes we knew our organization better and should be speaking to leadership about these results instead of PS. It was great to throw lines out to them for trends, especially when it came to Covid, Return to Office, and Diversity.

Read full review Alternatives Considered The only comparable product I've used is Rypple, which I'm not sure still exists. Glint is a superior product in pretty much every way I can remember, from the employee survey experience to the output reports.
Read full review It's as simple as just Microsoft Word Visual Basic. We used to use that. Just a lot more cumbersome with the program and setup. Can be buggy depending on the browser operating system that you're running it on. Nothing specific for surveys. This was the first one we got that's officially for a survey that I know of. I've been there for about five years.
