Cons	Mitratech Document retraction can be confusing. Document in the library will still show as published even though it has been retracted. Reporting is lacking in some areas. Implementation Rating	Mitratech There were a number of calls and fixes that had to take place. we have a number of patches in places and bugs that needed fixing. we identified issues as we went along and became the company trying to test the system with no real benefit to us. Return on Investment	Mitratech It has enabled us to maintain a central database of P&P to ensure everyone is on the same page. We were completely paper/manual before so some things didn't get updated appropriately. This enables us to review and comply with requirements we have as a federally-qualified health center.
