Likelihood to Recommend	MoreThanDigital Definitely a recommendation. Every business owner or someone who wants to analyse his business should have a look at Insights. I guess especially as it is for free in the Base version (we got the Premium one) its a no-brainer to just do it. It takes less than 1-2 hours and it really gives deep insights into a company. I guess also perfect for consultants who can then offer follow-on services as MoreThanDigital isnt offering consulting - just the analytics. But we worked just with consultants sometimes or mostly actually making strategic decisions on our own. So there was not really a big "process" before possible as we just made it like everyone else with discussions and some informal process.
