Mosaic vs. Fathom by The Access Group

I think mosaic is well suited for businesses who want to have a separate analytics tool. It helps with financial data and is able to pull from other tools you use to gather this information. I would not recommend it if you've already got a well created crm or other software

I have found Fathom to be well suited for all meeting types since you can control the visibility of each recording.

Mosaic is much more robust and in depth than hubspot analytics or other tools I've used. They are only an analytics tool, so they don't have any CRM features, but their analytics are far better than those of any CRM tool. They were the cheapest version of what we needed and got overall decent value

We also used Spotlight reporting before we tried out Fathom and we found Fathom much easier to navigate and Xero integration, consolidation are very strong feature of the product. Spotlight reporting is similar to Fathom however, Fathom is more flexible, there are better visual reports and grafts and we found it easier to customize the reports templates. You can also share the reports with multiple group of people online.

• it saved us few hours a month to prepare consolidated reports.
• it made is easy to understand the financials with visuals
• Integration with Xero also made it much accurate
