MutualMind (discontinued) vs. Process Street

if you have standard processes that are often executed, it's worth to use. If you are a small company it is generally not worth to implement because you will need somebody who permanently works with it and maintains the processes.

• MutualMind gives us a view into the reach of social content we produce on behalf of our advertisers and the engagement that content generates with shoppers.

• Overview view is helpful to see a timeline of progress.
• Checklists are easy to manipulate and customize to exactly what you need to see.

• MutualMind gauges sentiment around social conversations but does so with the standard margin of error found in most social analytics products. The nature of human conversation makes it difficult for a machine to categorize sentiment with 100% accuracy. MutualMind gets sentiment right between 50% to 70% which is within acceptable industry averages for this type of product. With additional tuning (which MutualMind provides) the accuracy levels will increase.

• If you had the ability to drag tasks around in a nonlinear way, it could be a cool creative feature. An example is to have a subtask next to another that says N/A if the task wasn't executed because it wasn't applicable.
• Inbox tab can be overwhelming but that may just be the style in which I built my checklists.

Reliability and flexibility (MutualMind's willingness to jointly produce new functionality)

As a company that's only 3 years old, MutualMind's toolset is quite usable but it could use some tweaks in the user interface, which they are constantly working on.

During a recent upgrade period, MutualMind had a small window of unavailability. I am confident they have addressed the root cause and do not foresee any future issues.

The product's performance has improved greatly in the last year and we anticipate seeing additional improvements in coming months based no planned infrastructure changes.

MutualMind has always been quick to address any issues or questions we have.

Since my last login into the platform, the latest update made the app much easier to use and learn. It's incredibly clean, and everything is exactly where it should be location-wise. You can tell they listen to their user base for features.

Not really...MutualMind was very professional and helped with all stages of our setup and implementation.

As mentioned before, Radian6 and Sysomos Heartbeat.

I've tried other checklist tools like Google Keep, but it was too simple. I've tried Flowster, which is very similar to Process Street, but I like Process Street better. The interface is a lot more balanced and pleasant to look at. I found Flowster to be a less appealing interface even though the features were similar. I also briefly tried systemHUB but it is very expensive for what it offers compared to Process Street.

• By showing increases in engagement and share of voice (defined as the amount of content generated for our advertisers versus the amount of content generated for their competitors over time) we are able to correlate content to incremental sales data provided by our advertisers.

• Because of Process Street I am no longer losing money when having to redo things
• It helps me eliminate those nasty "egg on the face" situations with clients because now nothing slips through the cracks. The team is able to be on top of it!
