Navattic is a powerful tool for product engagement, backed by amazing customer support. Despite its many capabilities, it’s quite intuitive and smooth to use, delivering great value for its cost from the start. Demos and tours look polished and provide a refreshing self-serve experience to users and prospects alike.

The demos can be used in a number of ways, whether you want it front and center on your website's home page, or more in the background. The dashboard and ability to easily edit was really nice to use. We went through several changes on our copy/creative and it was easy to make quick changes and then the demo was automatically updated on our web pages.

Although I like the AI summarizations that highlight and add text in the proper steps, it still needs a human to review
Some features are hidden within another click like the next/back button or the beacons/highlights. Popular features shouldn't require too many additional clicks to get to.

The tool is easy to use on it's own but the Navattic team is also phenomenal to work with. They have been instrumental in helping us get set up and confident in building our own demos

The success team is very responsive and quick to address any issues – which rarely comes up. I appreciate Darren, the CEO, being hands on and working with my team to answer any questions and ensure they hit their targets.
Navattic was about half the price but not half the functionality. There are differences between the two but not enough to justify the price difference.

We were able to configure ScreenSpace in a way where the demo will not go stale, even if we change our product. The overall value and features are captured. Other products were a bit too granular and would easily get out of date.

So far, we've seen 10+ demo requests come directly from people interacting with our story.
We've also improved interaction rates with our story by adding a dedicated page on our site as well as call-out buttons in our main nav to direct people to the story.
