Onehub data rooms can be used to privately share sensitive financial data with multiple parties or just one. Onehub is easy to use and secure which puts our clients at ease when uploading and transferring financial data.

Of all the products out there that integrate with Google, we found Virtru to be the most user-friendly for both our users and the recipients. At the same time, its logging capabilities provide the trail we need for sensitive information. This is one tool for us that has generally been "setup and forget" which helps with the I.T. Dept workload.

• Able to customize the pages where you keep files and documents, helping to keep organized.
• Uploading files is an easy process.
• Has reliable security for keeping documents safe. Uses a 2-factor authentication process.

• Email encryption without installing or exchange keys with the recipient.
• Email DLP that is easy to configure and maintain.
• Application Gateway that encrypts email sent directly from SaaS application (ex. Zendesk, SalesForce).
• Protect attachment with restriction like time, print, and copy.

For the one sending/using, I rate a 10. For receiver experience, I would rate it 8, as sometimes there are hiccups. So overall, a 9

Onehub has the better security, but Evernote is more user friendly and more compatible with other programs the department uses. Onehub is good for sending documents to externals/clients and then having the document reviewed, but like the flow of other programs better. Onehub is more user friendly than OneNote and has the ability to collaborate with members outside of the department. OneNote is used more for internal collaboration where security is not as big of an issue, Onehub is better for shared outside of the department.

Full Gmail integration was not a negotiable item for us in our evaluation. Other products provided our needed functionality, but they were outside the standard Gmail interface. That made them more difficult to use, and also less likely to be used. Virtru was the only one we evaluated that actually resided within the Gmail interface, making it very easy to use.
