OnShift vs. Qualtrics XM for People Teams

OnShift is power full one to provide and calculate and analyze the data of the head account of the organization easily and fast and payroll and also absenteeism and adherence and attendance for the agents and anyone else in the organization and major the average performance of the agents as they doing and talking and ending time in chat as the AHT easily and communication method also.

Qualtrics Employee Experience is great for annual reviews as well as weekly meetings, performance checks, quarterly events, and being able to edit and view results quickly. You can also build out reports to show everyone. I love the platform. It is nice knowing you also have 24/7 support. I highly recommend it for all events.

• Scheduling - ease of creating, managing, modifying schedules.
• PBJ (Payroll-Based Journal) - easy to enter numbers, download CVS file and upload to CMS.
• Communicate to employees regarding open shifts, share open shifts with staff.
• Send mass texts to employees as needed.

• Problems with app permission
• Could be more robust

• Dashboards take a long time to build.
• Surveys must be built well or the results will not be as expected.
• Too much customization options in some areas.

OnShift account managers consistently respond to emails in less than one business day and are able to address issues very quickly when they occur. Very responsive. This is critical considering integration with the payroll system (ADP).

Overall the UI on OnShift its a great advantage as it will make everything more easier, since basic information to specific details on orders or events. While its only visual the design has a sooting effect as is not annoying while not being so simple, it can help to make feel the users that they are using modern tools for the job.

We used to use Survey Monkey and it did what we needed it to do. It's not as professional though, which is one reason why the switch to Qualtrics XM for People Teams. It did have basic features that Qualtrics XM for People Teams doesn't though, such as the ability to auto-alphabetize answer choices.
