Pros	Opensend Implementation was incredibly easy, and their team did most of the work for us. Team is very communicative and always willing to jump on a call to help with questions. The team is also very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns while offering great suggestions. The team is not overly pushy to add additional features. Cons	Opensend Their algorithm for profile engagement could be improved. Sometimes the overall engagement of profiles sent from Opensend is rather low (to be expected). They've been great about resolving that problem, so it's really a non-issue. Verified User Anonymous Read full review
