Outlook4Gmail vs. Zoho ContactManager (discontinued)

It is well suited when you have three locations of dental practices and you can review all three emails in one spot. like having the microsoft apps to use quickly from the apps buttons. I wished that there was a short class on how all be different things work togather

Zoho ContactManager [is great at] being able to track interactions for all users. We love that you can access information through the mobile app and makes it super easy to import contacts and create tasks very quickly. So many options and we like that we have the ability to customize fields. Zoho ContactManager does a great job of being able to follow up and track interactions.

Easy to use for a email and calander. If offers a wide variety of ways to use and store data. Easy to search for old emails that may have gotten lost for quick reference. Like being able to see all of our offices emails in one spot. It is a great product

I believe Outlook4Gmail stacks up against AppNeta having a better graphic and simplicity. I have selected Outlook4Gmail because is more known and probably easier to find answers to questions when they may come.

Zoho ContactManager [is] easy to learn, use, and the setup is quick! We love the ability to track interactions and future interactions via desktop and mobile app which works great since travel frequently for work and conferences. We also use Zoho ContactManager's email automation which saves time and brings in leads for our company.
