Likelihood to Recommend	I folder all emails of certain subject. Outlook makes this an easy process. It allows for dragging messages to the proper place. Searching becomes very easy and locating what we need happens quickly. I would love to have more scheduled emailing capabilities. If the program has this feature, I am having trouble finding it. Usability	Easy to use for a email and calander. If offers a wide variety of ways to use and store data. Easy to search for old emails that may have gotten lost for quick reference.
