Overall Satisfaction with Zoho ContactManager

Zoho ContactManager [gives us] the ability to use over many devices and a centralized repository of information like contacts. Our team travels frequently and [it is] so easy to use the mobile feature. Zoho ContactManager makes managing and importing tasks fast, simple and easy! We also use the app on our phones and it makes it easy to access our contact[s].

Zoho ContactManager [is] easy to learn, use, and the setup is quick! We love the ability to track interactions and future interactions via desktop and mobile app which works great since travel frequently for work and conferences. We also use Zoho ContactManager's email automation which saves time and brings in leads for our company.

Zoho ContactManager [is great at] being able to track interactions for all users. We love that you can access information through the mobile app and makes it super easy to import contacts and create tasks very quickly. So many options and we like that we have the ability to customize fields. Zoho ContactManager does a great job of being able to follow up and track interactions.
