PaycheckCity vs. Workday Workforce Management

This is a great tool that works extremely well for smaller businesses. I am not sure how it would perform against enterprise tools.

Workday is great for enterprise level organizations who have large team and need to mange and automate time off request, expense reports, and other HR resources. I would be lost without it and could not image not having a tool to mange everything that Workday does.

There are still improvements to be made but without using other tools in the area I can’t recommend another tool instead.

• Does not limit or add to cost when needing more resources
• Saves us tons of time by streamlining the process

• Collaborate with HR on completed tasks
• Review and Submit Timesheets for staff
• Submit personal time off for supervisors to review and approve or decline.

• Could have more functionality but it is definitely great for the cost.
• More responsive support team.

• The tasks function is somewhat clunky, and its hard to see who the task is sent to next in order to follow up with them.
• In-process referrals don't always show up in the "My Referrals" tab
• Filters on tasks don't always work.

I rate Workday Workforce Management as a 9 because it is incredibly easy to use for our staff, our hr team and allows for tons of use cases. From payroll, to benefits, expenses, secure documents and organizational information. The security, consistently and ease of use really take it to the next level.

This is really the only tool I have personally used but it has saved a lot of time and worked well so we have not had the need to try another. There are not really any competitors or options we have tried besides traditional payment methods
