    Additional DetailsAccountant/firm plans are priced per client company at $12/client/month ($10 with annual billing), with 5 employees included per client and $2/month per additional employee. Small-business plans start at a $29/month flat fee. Annual billing carries a discount on all tiers. Federal and state tax filing and standard ACH direct deposit are included in all plans; same-day direct deposit is available as a $0.40/employee add-on (included on higher tiers). There are no setup or payroll-migration fees.We offer our products as a comprehensive suite, or on a modular basis as our clients' needs, priorities and budgets dictate. Our clients do not need to do a full "rip and replace" of current systems that are working to deploy Vibe HCM. We can seamlessly integrate with existing technologies, providing a highly engaging "one-stop-shop" / unification platform.

    We selected Vibe HCM about 2 1/2 years ago because they approached communication and the interaction between the employer and the employee so differently. It was a combination of connection and transaction. You have a system that meets the business need and functionality but that connects with your employee in such a fresh non-corporate way. It's not just about automating a process but building an environment that surrounds those daily business transactions that looks and feels how we interact on the web and social media. It totally transforms not only the user experience but the employers as well. It makes us think a little bit more about the touch points we have with our employees and how we want those to look/feel and resonate.
