Sendoso - complex, more geared to ENT companies, longer implementation/setup Alyce - Great for small mom and pop shops, too small of a solution for where planful currently is, great fit for under 200 employees Reachback - Great for Global campaigns, less intuitive than Postal, UX …
Postal.io is cheaper than Sendoso and still meets the technical requirements. Reach desk has more capabilities. They can print prospects' names on whiskey bottles.
Postal.io was a more budget-friendly option than the alternatives I considered. We knew our gifting budget wouldn't be huge so we were willing to go with something less established in order to make sure we had as much budget left over as possible. We also like the flexibility …
PCM is great for almost every postcard order, and they also offer folded greeting cards, letters, and more. They allow you to build mailing lists within their portal and to add customized QR codes that are trackable. Everything is user friendly as well. They offer standard (marketing mail) as well as first class, regardless of the quantity you are mailing. The only orders that we cannot send to them are orders where the customer also wants some extras printed, on top of the mailing list qty.
If you are a small or growing team that understands experiential, ABM, and gift marketing strategies and how to leverage them, Postal.io gives you everything you need with moderate CSM coverage, without the white glove price tags of similar solutions like Sendoso.
We get so much value out of the platform that I can't find any legitimate or logical reason why we wouldn't renew. Their team has been a pleasure to work with.
As I've mentioned, the ease of use make the portal a pleasure to work with. The technology they have incorporated is better than all the other vendors we use. They even offer templates you can customize. We rarely use that feature at this time, but it is great to have at our fingertips. Their customer services is also excellent
Postal.io was a more budget-friendly option than the alternatives I considered. We knew our gifting budget wouldn't be huge so we were willing to go with something less established in order to make sure we had as much budget left over as possible. We also like the flexibility with Postal.io that we could add almost anything to their marketplace if we could find it available online.
