We have approximately 200 reps on the team who send gifts to customers and prospects. Postal efficiently ensures all outreach is completed and tracks which customers have received and redeemed their gift cards.

At my previous company, we had an entire team dedicated to this role, which has now been streamlined by this great solution. It’s easy to use and manage, with excellent customer service.

  • Reporting
  • Budget management
  • Collaboration

Return on Investment

The Best Corporate Gifting Platform

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Before, we would have interns send out Amazon gift cards on behalf of our sales development representatives. It was quite a disorganized and neither scalable nor measurable process that inhibited our growth. With Postal.io, our sales and marketing teams can seamlessly send out gifts and other materials through the mail.

Pros

  • Integrates with sales engagement, marketing automation, and CRM platforms
  • Provides tracking and reporting on spending and channel effectiveness
  • Offers an extensive marketplace of various items for any budget
  • Comes with unlimited seats and sends

Cons

  • The system logs you out after a few hours
  • You'll have to approve each item you want a team member to be allowed to send out on their behalf
  • The platform can be hard for luddites to use properly

Most Important Features

  • Direct Integrations with our Marketing Technology Stack (Outreach.io, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Lots of cool stuff to send out
  • somewhat easy user interface

Return on Investment

  • We have increased our set meetings for SDRs
  • We have a clear way to measure the impact of gifting
  • The cost of the platform and gifts combined ended up being too much

Robust, Easy & Effective Solution for Account Based, Experiential & Gift Marketing without the White Glove Price Tag

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Postal.io allows us to easily and effectively deploy gift marketing, experiential marketing, and customer advocacy strategies.

Pros

  • Postal.io offers a rich marketplace of gift and experiential marketing options that can be deployed quickly, easily, and without address data.
  • Postal.io is democratizing gift and experiential marketing, making it more accessible to and flexible for small and growing teams.
  • Postal.io allows us to move quickly. If we see an opportunity to accelerate lead generation or demo bookings for our SDR team we can introduce an incentive strategy in a matter of clicks. The integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach ensure all systems are in sync.

Cons

  • The billing and team setup in theory is valuable but can be cumbersome.
  • The lead time for branded/custom swag or box creation is longer than other vendors.
  • At times previously used items will disappear from the marketplace without notice and you'll need to request they be added back. This is just a funky user experience.

Most Important Features

  • Automation & Magic Links.
  • Collections
  • MarketPlace request-an-item.
  • Integrations with rest of our tech stack.
  • Customization: Landing Pages, Emails, Cards.

Return on Investment

  • We have genuinely delighted our customers and prospects by being able to deploy these strategies with agility and deep personalization.
  • In one particular use case, we saw a 300% improvement in demos booked from a bottom of funnel campaign using postal Magic Links.
  • We have significantly increased participation in our advocacy program by incorporating Postal.io into our strategy.

Your company's swag solution!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We first started using Postal.io to team with another business. We loved it! It simplified how our Sales reps were reaching out to people in a lot of ways and how we were able to send potential customers gifts. Cut down on manual tracking of inventory which was a HUGE headache. On the management side, it is very easy to set up additional users and easy for them to catch on how to use Postal.io. As previously stated, we like how it integrates well with other businesses.

Pros

  • easy setup
  • integration with other businesses/platforms
  • communication simplified with contacts

Cons

  • pricing can always be better, especially for small businesses

Most Important Features

  • organization of swag/gifts for clients
  • variety of swag/gifts for clients
  • convenience of use and not having to have the swag physcially on hand

Return on Investment

  • Increased Productivity: It has taken a huge headache out of keeping and maintaining what swag is on hand has saved a LOT of company time
  • easier to reach out to potential clients

We use Postal.io for direct mail and gifting for: prospective and existing customers employees strategic partners. We wanted to make sure that we were regularly letting people we work with know that we valued them even when we could not get together in person to show them. This has been a good solution for making people feel appreciated as we work together.

Pros

  • Integrates with our swag library at Swagup.
  • Offers an excellent and growing library of direct mail/gifting options.
  • Provides outstanding support and does a great job at their product marketing.

Cons

  • Events are still a little bit confusing.
  • My point of contact has turned over a few times.
  • I don't think we've adopted as much as we could and we recommend some more ongoing support for this.

Most Important Features

  • Sending gift cards and gifts.
  • Unlimited user option.
  • Integration into a swag fulfillment technology.
  • Customer support.

Return on Investment

  • I would estimate it has had a positive impact on customer experience.
