We use Sendoso to incentivize employees and send gifts of appreciation to our customers for their support. Sendoso has helped us easily track our method of gifting by automating the process and giving our customers and employees a seamless experience. We also love to send tracker feature which allows us to see historical activity.

  • Offer more currency options
  • Offer more gift card options in the lower demand currency gift cards
Sendoso is well suited for someone who will be sending giftcards to customers or employees on a regular basis. It has made the user experience very friendly for us. Also if you are not very tech savy, it's alright because Sendoso is extremely user friendly for everyone! It took little to no effort to learn the product.

Sendoso is being used across our organization and we've had success in many areas of our company with it including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing. We're excited to continue to build out opportunities for others to use the platform. It allows everybody to make a physical or digital connection.

  • Gives guidance for opportunities to help.
Cons
  • Customer Support in the past has been challenging, but this has recently changed.
  • Using messaging templates and imagery is bulky.
I'd highly recommend Sendoso to all of my colleagues.

Sendoso is being used by our sales and consulting team across the organization to help generate leads and steward current clients. One of the biggest problems it addresses is providing a unique way to open doors with new clients who otherwise do not take my calls or respond to my emails.
  • Easy to use.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Integrates well with tools we already use.
Cons
  • A little clunky to use with Salesforce when trying to send E-gifts to contacts directly from there.
Well suited for roles where you need to get your foot in the door and secure a meeting and where you want to steward your current clients well.

Great! But can be $$ for a small biz

We use Sendoso to send swag and gifts to our clients as well as internally for our team members - from onboarding to parental leave, bereavement and team celebrations, Sendoso helps us with it all. Sendoso helps to store inventory that we create for branded swag, it's also a great resource for sending flowers or plants to team, sending baby gifts from the third party vendors and gift cards with a click of a button!

  • Competitive pricing for swag and curation - I have found some times 3x less with other vendors
For the most part when we have been curating our own swag and having it sent to the warehouse we have had great luck at keeping our costs minimal and then curating a holiday or themed swag box for our staff to be sent. The ease at which we can set up a build your own box and have it curated how we like is fantastic and super helpful. We love the touch of the "handwritten" notes as well! Our team always say they love these.

There have been a few instances where we had issues with Sendoso and how something was handled. One example is when we created and ordered glass travel mugs from KeepCup to be sent to our team. Some of them arrived damaged and they were rejected before we could even do anything about it, we were told after the fact and not given any ability to work with the Vendor for replacements and Sendoso with a plan to use the cups that were still in tact. Through this we lost 4 boxes of inventory and hundreds of dollars of swag for our team and clients - which doesn't sound like a lot but w are a small company and this has a bit impact on us. Not to mention resolving this issue then took 5+ months of admin power and time. In the end we didn't get much resolve and being the customer in the situation felt like we were in between two companies and their policies, KeepCup did all they could to work with us for a resolution but Sendoso didn't. We felt like we got the short end of the stick in this instance.

Sendoso is our go to gifting platform. We use it to surprise and delight customers, award them for tasks and activities completed, and for welcome gifts. Sendoso offers a range of gifting choices, from egift cards to swag, to chocolates and celebratory bubbly. <br>The range of goods available means we are never stuck for choice when gifting our customers across the globe - super important for us!

Cons
  • Can't comment on room for improvement or wanting things done differently. Sendoso is a fantastic platform that is always expanding and growing with their customers. Their customer service should be a model for all companies it's so good! Very impressed overall by my experience with the team and the company.
If you are looking for a good value add gifting platform I can highly recommend Sendoso. Their services include fast delivery (for those gifts you forgot to send) and tracking of stock until it ends up in the right hands. An additional bonus is their warehousing capabilities in various locations - we utilize this in North America and Europe. Fabulous to have stock at your fingertips for when you need it!
