Pepper Cloud vs. PlanPlus Online

I use to interact with many clients on a daily basis on different platforms like WhatsApp, facebook, gmail, Outlook, etc. In that term Pepper Cloud helped me alot as I dont need to keep eyes on different platforms now. I can manage everything from CRM dashboard itself. Also it's mobile app make it more convenient to use

I would recommend this for businesses that have the time to invest in doing things the right way. Garbage in equals garbage out. If you can get over the somewhat steep learning curve and adopting their process this product would be a good fit. If you are short on time (and maybe cash) you may want to look for a simpler and less expensive solution.

• I particularly liked it's WhatsApp and other message channel integrations. It's makes it easy to handle conversations from single platform.
• It's AI powered features like chatbot, task automation, etc very handy tools.
• Multiple easy customization options
• Works well with other programs seamlessly. Also, it should open API.
• Provide 24*7 support.

• Weekly and Monthly Planner is very productive.
• Task Delegation and Pipeline Tracker are easy to use and efficient.
• Goal Planning helped us as well to identify our chances.

• Data and file storage is low
• Limited email templates
• The UI/Ux of reporting feature is bit old dated

• When it came time to move on due to larger issues the friendliness was not there from the account reps. We did not leave due to them, but due to our growth and need for more.
• The inability to make personalized the labels for our insurance terms.

Because it made me day to day work easy. I don't need to look after multiple apps to keep track of client's requirements. Everything can we handled from its dashboard only.

It's great once you get the hang of it. I feel like it could be cleaned up a little. Some elements could be moved around or hidden. Overall it's a solid UI

The provide 24*7 support on multiple channels like email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.

There are some cases where we just need something simple to get the job done. In our case, we needed a solution with a lot features for our complex setup. A lot of CRMs fell short. PlanPlus Online didn't. They had everything we needed. We didn't have to rely on multiple disparate solutions, and it was within our budget.

Their unique capabilities includes omnichannel CRM at reasonable prices.

PlanPlus Online is much nicer than Salesforce and also much faster.

• Being a social CRM, it provided a unified platfrom for managing multiple conversations at place.
• It's integration capabilities makes it good option
• Helped us to provide omnichannel support to our clients. We can now provide support to our clients via voice/video calls, email, social media, whatsapp, etc.
